GOOD TO KNOW
Fees for immigration matters (except appeals) include taking full instructions, advising on the most appropriate application, collating and compiling supporting documentation, advising on Immigration Rules requirements, completing application forms, researching case law and drafting grounds/representation as appropriate.
We advise on application outcomes and explain conditions of your grant of status. If refused, we advise on further steps. For appeals and judicial review, this includes witness statements, brief to counsel, collating bundles and dealing with the Home Office, Courts and third parties.
Fees do not include Home Office application fees, immigration health surcharge, biometrics fees, Counsel fees, court fees, advocacy fees or disbursements. Where your matter is complex and additional work is required, we may apply supplementary charges — always discussed and agreed with you beforehand.
Your matter will be primarily dealt with by Ms Victoria Ibe-Bayley, Principal of the firm, with over 10 years post-qualification experience in Immigration and Family law. Associates are supervised by the Principal; Trainee Solicitors and Paralegals are supervised by an Associate or the Principal.
We make and submit your application within a week of receiving full instructions and supporting documents. We cannot guarantee Home Office decision times — see GOV.UK for current processing timelines.
Not chargeable as we are not registered for VAT. However, VAT may be payable to third parties.
